If you are seeking assistance in obtaining a vision or hearing exam, eyeglasses, hearing aids, or a surgical procedure related to vision or hearing, contact the Oregon Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation at 503.827.6952 or 1.800.635.4667. We will refer you to the Lions club in your area for assistance.

NOTE: If you download and send us the application for vision or hearing services,
your application will be delayed. It must be returned to and approved by a Lions Club for services.
We do not provide those services at our location.

All Lions Club Sight and Hearing Chairs are volunteers. They will have an application process to determine eligibility and their ability to fund services will depend on whether or not the club has funds available.
