Dear Lions,
You will never know how grateful I am that the Lions helped restore my sight. Unless a person has been there, they don't know what its like to look at things like looking through a fog bank. It's really great to be able to see colors as they should be seenm and not all hazy. I am now able to do some of the things
that I had to quit doing because I couldn't see well enough to do them. I will never be able to thank the Lions enough for they have done for me. Believe me, its like looking at a brand new world.
Sincerely,
Robert T.

Dear Lions Members,
What an event this has been, getting my eyesight bank. I will never forget what the Lions have done for me. I am so very grateful. No one should ever take their eyesight for granted. When you lose your sight in today's complicated world, the quality of life is really effected. Anyone apprehensive about having this surgery should put their fears to rest. My doctor had a caring, professional demeanor that make this procedure a cakewalk. This experience is nothing short of a miracle.
Thank you. You are all very special.

Dear Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation,
My name if Anna Lee M. I received eye surgery on Tuesday November 20th of this year, through the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation. I want to thank you for helping me get my vision back. I will be getting my new eyeglasses in the next few days. I want to say that I can't thank you enough and I will make a promise to donate some money to the Lions Club as soon as I am able to do that. Everyone, including Dr. David Deuth, at the Peace Health Medical Group and Lane Surgery Center were just wonderful to me. I lvoe that place. I felt like I was in good hands all fo the time that I was there.
Thanks ever so much,
Anna Lee. M.
P.S. Without your help, I would face being blind because there is no way I would have been able to afford to get the surgery done on my eye.
