Regence employees demonstrated support for Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation with a contribution of more than $7,000. This gift resulted from the company's annual two-week fundraising drive, which reached a record-breaking $1.5 million for nonprofits in all four states - Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah - served by Regence plans.
In the campaign, employees could designate any charitable nonprofit as a recipient, and Regence matched their pledge at a rate of 50 percent. Among the more than 800 organizations that employees selected for their pledges, Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation had strong support, ranking in the top causes in our area.
Regence's philosophy calls on all employees to be an active participant in changing the local community for the better. Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation is one of Regence's Community Partner Organizations, and Regence is proud that so many employees chose to join in their support.
