Last year on October 11th, a beautiful fall day, over 200 people came together to play and learn the game of golf at the Oregon Golf Club in West Linn. Twenty-eight foursomes competed in a 18 hole scramble tournament. During this time 40 children from the Oregon and Washington Schools for the Blind learned the game of golf from local golf professionals and members of the United States Blind Golf Association. This was a memorable day for all involved.

A special thanks to our Corporate Sponsors, Golf Teams, Lions volunteers and to the US Blind Golfer's Association for their extraordinary effort in the Junior Golf Clinic. The proceeds raised from this charity golf event will continue to help us serve Oregonians needing our services.

OLSHF Junior Golf Clinic
Over 40 blind and visually impaired children from Oregon and Washington Schools participated in a Junior Golf Clinic and learned the fundamentals of golf.
